4Ps Plumbing Pro provides a browser-based company management workspace. Each subscription covers one company and up to 10 active users. The company controls its team permissions and is responsible for accurate records and approved work.

A 14-day platform trial does not require a card. Paid subscriptions are purchased separately through Gumroad. Monthly and annual memberships renew according to the terms displayed at checkout. Cancel using your Gumroad receipt; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period as reported by Gumroad. Expired workspaces remain available for viewing and export unless suspended for misuse.

Manual payment entries record money received elsewhere. Configured company Stripe checkout collects customer payments on Stripe and confirms them on the invoice. Other providers use company payment links with manual verification. This first release does not provide payroll processing, tax filing, GPS tracking, automated messaging or third-party accounting integrations. Backflow logs are not official submissions.

Do not upload payment-card details, government identity documents or passwords into notes. Do not use the service to access another company’s information. Keep independent copies of important business records.
