Privacy notice

Company records may include customer names, service addresses, contact details, jobs, estimates, invoices, recorded payments, expenses, technician times and backflow information. Account records contain names, email addresses, password hashes and permissions.

These records are stored on the operator’s hosting account. Team members can use the areas their company authorizes. The platform operator can access the hosting database for maintenance and support. Activity changes and limited sign-in attempt data are recorded.

Gumroad handles subscription checkout. The service sends your entered license key and the configured product identifier to Gumroad for verification. License keys are encrypted in the local database. Customer card details are entered on the selected payment provider’s page. Company Stripe API and webhook keys are encrypted in this database; Stripe checkout sends invoice references, the requested amount and customer email to that company’s Stripe account. A necessary session cookie maintains sign-in; this release includes no marketing tracking scripts.

Company administrators can export workspace records. For correction, account recovery, deletion or retention questions, contact the operator. Deletion and restore are handled by support, including backup considerations. Share only information you are authorized to provide.
